SPICED MOONCAKES (Winter Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

8 oz soaked buckwheat
1 cup coconut sugar
3 oz jasmine tea (brewed strong) 3 inches fresh orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder
5 dates
~1 cup cassava flour

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients except cassava flour until smooth. Slowly mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Mold into mooncake or cookie shapes and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. ‍
